Here at Sublime Concrete and Construction Ltd., we stand behind every project we complete, knowing that each one was done with utmost care and attention. However, even the most proficient experts and the highest-quality concrete cannot predict or prevent the formation of cracks in your concrete. And this is completely normal!
Due to the curing process, exposure to the elements, or a combination of both, cracks naturally appear on concrete surfaces. And there’s no way of telling if it’ll appear immediately after installation or a couple of years later. What we do know is that cracks are simply surface blemishes with no effect on the concrete’s function, shape, or grade.
Since cracks are a naturally occurring process that is harmless and unavoidable, they are not covered by our company’s warranty. But there’s no reason to panic.

What is covered by our warranty?
For your peace of mind, we offer a warranty against breaks in your concrete! This deformation is a crack that has expanded into a void of ¼ inch or more. You may also notice some vertical or horizontal shifting of your concrete surface.
The sign of a defective product is the expansion of cracks into breaks through natural exposure and wear and tear. And for this situation, we’ve got you covered!
